  • two cheeseburgers with mayo and ketchup from Allen and Sons with SWEET TEA
  • steak, potatoes, salad, peach and rasberry cobbler with ice cream, and two whiskey sours from Acme in Carrboro
200.4 pounds and 18.4% body fat, but that was measured after my five mile mountain bike and two mile run.
