Another one!

Got it on the right day AGAIN. Amazing stuff, I tell you.
  • Balance Bare bar
  • 1/2 pound hamburger steak sandwich at Char-Grill. Yes, with fries and a Mt. Dew. *sigh*
  • awesome salmon and potato salad and regular salad finished with an amazing apple pie and ice cream from Alan and Jane's house. Yummy.
200.8 pounds (dang!) and 20.1% body fat (not-so-dang!). No workout. The basketball was big and late last night.
