And probably half were late. But not today!
  • Chick-fil-A chicken minis, chicken biscuit, hashbrowns, and Coke
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato, bacon, and mayo and fruit cup from The Loop
  • Snickers bar (regular size)
  • steak and baked potato leftover from yesterday
  • lemon bars (they're just as good today as they were yesterday!)
204.0 pounds, some unfair body fat number, workout was an hour with my trainer in the demolition zone. He hates me for my breakfast.
