Good and bad.

Maybe mediocre and bad. First, the mediocre:
  • Muscle Provider shake
  • three scrambled eggs, sausage
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • salad with grilled chicken and balsamic vinaigrette
  • sausage and pepperoni pizza
The bad is the weight. 203.5 pounds, 19.5% body fat. Seems I gained some on the trip. Ugh. But I did workout an hour with the trainer today. Gonna run or bike tomorrow unless there's noonball. Hmm.
