  • Muscle Provider shake
  • three scrambled eggs, sausage
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • turkey and cheese sandwich, Pibb Xtra
  • halibut and butter beans and mac and cheese from Poole's in Raleigh (wow!)
204.5 pounds, 18.8% body fat, workout was an hour with my trainer that was a whole body cardio slam.
