Better better beeeeeetter.
  • Muscle Provider shake
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • two scrambled eggs, bacon, two jelly biscuits
  • turkey, cheese, mayo sandwich with tortilla chips and salsa
  • Mountain Dew
  • two cheeseburgers with lettuce, mayo, ketchup on wheat bun with tortilla chips and salsa
  • birthday cake and homemade ice cream
No weight, workout was a 4.4 mile run and a lot of steps and moving stuff.
