To no soda. But not quite. Dangit.
  • two bowls of Apple Cinnamon Cheerios in whole milk
  • turkey and cheese sandwich with mayo, baked Doritos
  • Mountain Dew Throwback
  • chicken stir fry with peppers, broccoli, and rice
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
201.0 pounds, 19.1% body fat, workout was 40 minutes on the stationary bike.
