Decent day...

...ruined by being in Greensboro and going by the Krispy-Kreme.
  • Clif bar
  • one slice stuffed meat, four pepperoni rolls, Coke from Anna Maria's
  • one pack of Gu Chomps
  • Accelerade recovery shake
  • BBQ plate from Short Sugar's in Reidsville (chopped pork, slaw, fries, hushpuppies)
  • two Krispy-Kreme glazed doughnuts
201.8 pounds, 19.1% body fat. Workout was forty minutes of paddling and forty minutes of mountain biking.
