Ooh!

A decent day.
  • Muscle Provider shake
  • three scrambled eggs, sausage
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • grilled chicken (leftover) and some baked chips
  • tiny bag of Reeses Pieces, tiny bag of Skittles
  • salad with steak on it and balsamic vinaigrette
  • frozen Coke
204.0, 21% body fat. The scale is busted, I know it. Workout was an hour of general strength with my trainer.
