Back home.

Trainer gone this week, though. Can he make himself workout?!?
  • Clif bar
  • chicken tenders basket and chips and sweet tea from Yesterday's Grill
  • tiny bag of Skittles (the little kid bags)
  • two steaks and two servings of Kraft mac-n-cheese (my fav!)
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
201.4 pounds, 18.5% body fat. Don't know how that's possible since I ate like crap and didn't really exercise at the lake. Fools gold. But today I did do an hour on the stationary bike. My foot is still kind of jacked up, but I'll probably run on it tomorrow and see if it's really okay or if I can finish it off.
