I have an excuse!

My wife came home after being MIA for five days. That's why I forgot, I swear!
  • Balance Bare bar
  • Muscle Provider shake
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • pizza and pepperoni rolls from Anna Maria's with Mountain Dew
  • Alice Springs Chicken from Outback Steakhouse with cheese fries
  • banana bread
Weight was 202.1, 17.5% body fat (scale problem, obviously). Workout was an hour with my trainer doing entire body stuff.
