• one scoop of mint chocolate chip ice cream from Maple View Farms
• Cytofuse recovery shake

Didn't get a weight, but the workout was two hours of basketball. Gonna be sore tomorrow for sure thanks to a shot to the top of the head while I was going straight up. I heard some serious poppage in there.
