Making up for lost time...

...is so hard to do.
  • Muscle Provider shake
  • three scrambled eggs, sausage, one biscuit with honey
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • grilled chicken sandwich with mayo and swiss
  • Pibb Xtra and a Moon Pie
  • bacon cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, mayo, ketchup and fries from Red Robin
  • vanilla ice cream with Butterfinger in it from Cold Stone Creamery
  • Hawaiian Punch Fruit Juicy Red
204.5 pounds, 19.3% body fat. Workout was an hour with my trainer doing whole body stuff.
