I like beef.

Duh.
  • Clif bar
  • Muscle Provider shake
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • two Gu packets
  • two 1/2 pound hamburger steak sandwiches from Char-Grill, Mountain Dew
  • grapes, salad, grilled chicken, cookie, cheese and crackers
204.0 pounds, 20.1% body fat, workout was 16+ miles of mountain biking (2600 calories burned!)
