Really.
  • Clif bar, Muscle Provider shake
  • 12+ mile mountain bike
  • 2/3 pack of Gu Chomps
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • an hour weightlifting workout with my trainer, mostly upper body
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • two double cheeseburgers plain with ketchup and a frozen Coke from Burger King
  • some pretzels
  • steak, baked potato, salad with ranch
Yes, two workouts and two recovery shakes in the same day.
