Long day.

But fun.
  • Muscle Provider shake
  • three scrambled eggs, pork bbq
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • stuffed meat pizza slice, four pepperoni rolls, Coke from Anna Maria's
  • Gu Chomps
  • Cytofuse recovery shake (again)
  • seared fish (redfish?) on greens with tomatoes and tots with cheese and bacon from Southern Rail in Carrboro
  • some mixed drink I don't recall (but it was just one, I promise)
  • a cone of chunky monkey from Ben & Jerry's
No weight. Worked out an hour of upper body and core with my trainer and later did twenty minutes of paddling followed by nearly an hour of mountain biking.
