Yay! Back to the not-forgetting!

Got it. Even after a very long day.
  • Muscle Provider shake, two bowls of Apple Cinnamon Cheerios in whole milk
  • Uwharrie mountain bike (don't follow this track...only a little bit was fun single track)
  • PowerBar
  • two turkey and cheese sandwiches with mayo
  • Hawaiian Punch
  • Coke and two quesadillas with chicken, cheese, ranch
  • frozen Coke
The mountain bike wasn't that long, but my legs felt a lot like lead. Maybe it was the drinking last night combined with the exercise yesterday. Or definitely it was. *cough*
