  • one hour workout with the trainer
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • two double cheeseburgers with ketchup from Burger King
  • two pieces of fried chicken, french fries, baked beans, hushpuppies, and banana pudding from Smithfield's
  • pomegranate martini
