Big workout

Did a pretty big one today.
  • four scrambled eggs, sausage, Muscle Provider shake
  • two hour workout with the trainer, which included some interval type running stuff pulling a sled and then some upper body work in the weight room
  • turkey/bacon wrap and homemade potato chips from Carolina Brewery
  • icecream cupcake and a Mountain Dew (hey, it was a birthday celebration!)
  • 1/2 and 1/4 pound char-burgers with mayo, ketchup, and cheese from Char-Grill (oh, with lemonade)
