Well, Mexican-ish.
  • Muscle Provider shake
  • Clif bar
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • chicken and black bean burrito, chips, salsa, from Carrburritos
  • chicken nachos from Armadillo Grill, Mountain Dew
  • peach cobbler (thanks Liz!)
No weight, workout was a six mile mountain bike ride at a pretty fast pace, then three hours of trail work. Lots of sweating today!
