Head 'em up!

Move 'em out!
  • Balance Bare bar
  • turkey and cheese sandwich with mayo on wheat
  • individual pepperoni and ground beef pizza, leftover fries from the kids, vanilla shake, leftover oreo shake from Zach, Pibb Xtra (yes, I was hungry) all from The Loop
195.6 pounds, 16.6% body fat. Hmm, seems unlikely. Lots of sweating outside, no real workout, though.
