Little miss, little miss...

...can't be wrong!

  • banana
  • apple
  • two small country ham biscuits, Mountain Dew
  • turkey and cheese sandwich with mayo, fritos
  • mahi, grilled chicken, potato salad, slaw, small brownie
  • three pomegranate martinis
No weight, workout was a 10 mile road ride followed by some paddling and playing in the pool.
