Catching back up.

Edited the previous post to include TWO days. Ugh.
  • two scrambled eggs, one sausage patty, one piece of wheat toast with jelly
  • two double cheeseburgers with just ketchup from Burger King
  • grilled chicken salad with "lite vinaigrette" from Zaxby's
  • Trader Joe's trail mix
No weight, workout was 35 minutes of running on a treadmill and some ab stuff.
