  • three scrambled eggs, two country ham biscuits, fruit salad
  • Snickers bar
  • Clif bar
  • grilled mahi-mahi, fries, hush puppies, fries, a fried pickle, fries, Reese's peanut butter cup pie
  • four water spouts and one happy Howard *cough*
No weight, workout was a 3.6 mile run.
