Highly recommended.
  • scrambled eggs and bacon (thanks John!)
  • two turkey and cheese sandwiches with ranch
  • Clif bar
  • BBQ, corn on the cob, baked beans, pineapple pie (wow, Lisa!)
  • Mountain Dew
No weight, workout was almost three miles of paddling and a bunch of playing in the pool!
