Dang.

Thursday. Dunno what happened to Wednesday!
  • turkey, ham, bacon "wrap" at Perkins with a fruit cup
  • BBQ pork plate with fries and coke at Dixie Pig in Blytheville, AR.
  • vanilla milk shake
  • a few Twizzlers
No weight, no workout.

Wednesday, as best I can recall, was:

  • Balance Bare bar
  • Muscle Provider shake
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • stuffed meat pizza slice, three pepperoni rolls, coke from Anna Maria's
  • Double cheeseburger with just ketchup, fries, Pibb Xtra from Wendy's
No weight, workout was an hour with the trainer. Hill sprints outside in the heat!
