Hoooooowah!

  • Balance Bare bar
  • Muscle Provider shake
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • grilled chicken wrap, large fruit cup, kid's leftover fries at Chick-fil-A
  • two large turkey and roast beef sandwiches on wheat with mayo and cheese
  • big oatmeal chocolate chip cookie with milk (thanks Jane!)
197.2 pounds, 18.8% body fat, workout was an hour of lifting with the trainer and some tempo running with big-T.
