It's what's for dinner!
  • two bowls of Fruit Loops in whole milk
  • ravioli and two bread sticks
  • tortilla chips and habenero and lime salsa
  • noodles and vegetable dish with chicken and kielebasa
  • two powdered donuts with vanilla ice cream on top (my specialty!)
  • Mountain Dew
No weight, workout was thirty minutes hard on the bike.
