It's STILL good.
  • Balance Bare bar
  • Muscle Provider shake
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • Asian Chicken Salad from The Loop
  • cheeseburger with ketchup, grilled chicken sandwich with cheese and mayo (homemade)
  • two Great Harvest oatmeal chocolate chip cookies
  • glass of whole milk
200.2 pounds, 18.8% body fat. Ugh. Workout was an hour of upper body and abs with my trainer.
