Back home.

There's no place like home.
  • Balance Bare bar
  • Muscle Provider shake
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • three tacos and chips and dip from Armadillo Grill (and Mountain Dew)
  • grilled chicken, baked potato (with butter), and corn on the cob (Ashley did well!)
  • two small brownies
201.0 pounds and 18.8% body fat. Yikes. Workout was an hour of lower body mostly with the trainer. Well, some abs, too.
