Slept through breakfast

Got to bed way late, then slept till 10am.

  • leftover chicken and broccoli stir fry from the other night
  • Balance Bare bar
  • apple
  • Trader Joe's trail mix
  • awesome soup that Jane made...lots of beans, chicken, and tomato base and some other stuff
  • salad
  • corn bread muffins
  • two pineapple mixed drinks
201.6 pounds, 19.6% body fat. No workout today.
