Good day.

Yeah, the chicken was fried on the salad.  Was all I had to work with.
  • Balance Bare bar
  • Muscle Provider shake (2 servings)
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • big salad with some of the fried nuggets from last night, two hard boiled eggs, carrots, mixed greens, cheese, honey-dijon vinaigrette
  • bbq grilled chicken
  • oven roasted potatoes
  • apple
Weighed in this morning at 202.4 and 21.6% body fat using my new Tanita BC554 scale and body composition monitor.  Workout today was an hour of basketball.  Pretty exhausted.
