Back in the groove

Not bad.
  • Amy's Breakfast Burrito (all organic, yada yada)
  • Muscle Provider shake (2 servings)
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • Grilled Chicken sandwich, lemon-garlic aioli, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, on ciabatta
  • grilled chicken salad from the Blue Ribbon Diner in Mebane (fairly typical salad)
  • Trader Joe's trail mix

Weight is 202.4 with 19.1% body fat. Yeah, didn't hurt myself bad on vacation! Did an hour of basketball as my workout today.
