Fish!

Got some fish today.  Yummy.  Cooked it myself, too.
  • three scrambled eggs
  • four strips of turkey bacon
  • Muscle Provider shake (2 servings)
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • big tuna steak, seared
  • small side salad...mixed greens, spinach, sprouts, celery, baby broccoli, balsamic vinaigrette
  • handful of some Trader Joe's trail mix
  • bbq chicken breast (homemade)
  • parmesan rice (leftover from the other night)

Weighed in this morning at 200.0 with 20.8% body fat.  Today's workout was a tough cardio/strength circuit with my trainer.
