Got some fish today. Yummy. Cooked it myself, too.
- three scrambled eggs
- four strips of turkey bacon
- Muscle Provider shake (2 servings)
- Cytofuse recovery shake
- big tuna steak, seared
- small side salad...mixed greens, spinach, sprouts, celery, baby broccoli, balsamic vinaigrette
- handful of some Trader Joe's trail mix
- bbq chicken breast (homemade)
- parmesan rice (leftover from the other night)
Weighed in this morning at 200.0 with 20.8% body fat. Today's workout was a tough cardio/strength circuit with my trainer.
