Much sausage!

I like this day.  No salad and yet I had good vegetables.  The burrito was a frozen one from Whole Foods that's all healthy stuff.  Tasted pretty good, too.
  • three scrambled eggs
  • four chicken sausage links
  • Muscle Provider shake (2 servings)
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • boc choi, asparagus, baby broccoli...steamed
  • turkey sausage
  • organic bean burrito
  • homemade fruit salad from the other day
  • more Trader Joe's trail mix

Weighed 202.0 with 20.6% body fat this morning.  Workout was a cardio/strength circuit with my trainer that was pretty tough.  Also got a deep tissue massage, then got a good sweat going coaching the kids (trying to teach defense...ugh).
