Back on track

Yeah, I'm back on track. The race track! Hah. But that explains why lunch was a burger. No better choices there.

  • Bojangles sausage and egg biscuit
  • Mountain Dew (had to have caffeine thanks to lack of sleep)
  • double cheeseburger with ketchup
  • Honey and Oats granola bar
  • stir fried chicken, white rice and light gravy, oven roasted zucchini
  • Trader Joe's trail mix
200.6 pounds, 19.6% body fat. No serious exercise today, unless you count around two hours of driving a race car and sweating profusely. Hmm, yeah, that counts. You try it.
