Fried today.  Supposed to be canola oil and stuff, but still.

  • Muscle Provider shake (2 servings)

  • Jersey Mike's #9 regular on wheat (6" roast beef, turkey, swiss, lettuce, tomato, mayo)
  • apple
  • homemade chicken tenders
  • green beans
  • corn on the cob
  • bowl of grapes
Gotta eat what the wife fixes!
