Well, I did do better...

But still not great.
  • bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios in whole milk
  • pork BBQ sandwich on wheat bread (homemade BBQ)
  • big handful of Sun Chips
  • big steak
  • rice-a-roni (some new Parmesan flavor)
  • big salad with honey-dijon vinaigrette, shredded carrots, mixed greens, diced celery, cheese
  • apple
Workouts resume tomorrow. I've still got head congestion and cough, but it's not as bad and the wheezing seems to be gone. Ugh.
