Ugh.

Spent the entire day at the casino, so quality food wasn't much of an option.
  • apple fritter
  • orange juice
  • 16oz Mt. Dew
  • turkey club sandwich on wheat
  • potato salad
  • pizza (lots of it, just meat)
  • root beer
No weight or body fat, but I did do exercise bike for an hour and a half and then a core exercise circuit, so I worked out for almost two full hours. Also did some karting tonight, which isn't exactly easy on the body.
