Yesterday

Oops. Got in a hurry to get stuff packed for the racetrack today and forgot to blog my food.

  • three scrambled eggs
  • two pieces of turkey bacon
  • Muscle Provider shake (2 servings)
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • Carrburrito chicken burrito with black beans and flour chips and chipotle salsa
  • sauteed chicken, broccoli, and potatoes
  • Trader Joe's trail mix

200.3 pounds, 21.1% body fat. Workout was an hour with the trainer. Pretty much full body stuff.
