Good food today! Not as great a vegetable mix, but not bad. Lots of carbs in the supper, which isn't great.

- Muscle Provider shake (2 servings)
- Cytofuse recovery shake
- stir fry of turkey bacon, spinach, cannellini beans, and tomatoes
- spaghetti-pizza! homemade dish that's noodles, tomato sauce, cheese, chicken pepperoni, and ground beef
- roasted zucchini and onions (salt, pepper, garlic, olive oil)
- some Trader Joe's trail mix
202.8 pounds, 20.1% body fat. Workout was an hour of pick-up basketball.
