Variety!

Good food today! Not as great a vegetable mix, but not bad. Lots of carbs in the supper, which isn't great.
  • three scrambled eggs
  • chicken sausage
  • Muscle Provider shake (2 servings)
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • stir fry of turkey bacon, spinach, cannellini beans, and tomatoes
  • spaghetti-pizza! homemade dish that's noodles, tomato sauce, cheese, chicken pepperoni, and ground beef
  • roasted zucchini and onions (salt, pepper, garlic, olive oil)
  • some Trader Joe's trail mix

202.8 pounds, 20.1% body fat. Workout was an hour of pick-up basketball.
