One of those days

Long day.

  • Amy's breakfast burrito
  • Muscle Provider shake (2 servings)
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • home cooked tuna steak, seared
  • brown rice
  • two large barbeque sandwiches
  • banana
  • apple
  • Trader Joe's trail mix
201.4 pounds, 19.6% body fat. Today's workout was an hour with the trainer doing a bunch more full body stuff. Lack of sleep made it, err, interesting.
