Well, today wasn't so hot.  I really wanted a treat, though, and made the Mt. Dew be the treat.  Okay, a couple burgers for lunch isn't so great, but it isn't horrible.  My fried intake is still WAY down, as is sugar.
  • five chicken sausage links
  • three scrambled eggs
  • 1/2 pound and 1/4 pound Char-Grill hamburger steak sandwiches with cheese, mayo, ketchup
  • three french fries
  • big Mt. Dew
  • couple handfuls of Trader Joe's trail mix
  • homemade pot roast
  • au gratin baked potato
  • salad with mixed greens, spinach, carrots, sprouts, edamame beans, sugar snap peas, baby broccoli, celery, balsamic vinaigrette

201.4, 19.6% but that was after breakfast.  Didn't shower until then.  No workout today...but I did six straight days with one, so I'm due a day off.
