Track day.

Better than an average track day.
  • sausage and egg biscuit from Bojangles with Mountain Dew
  • grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato and mayo, fries, peanut M&Ms, Mountain Dew
  • Orange Crush
  • short mountain bike ride
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • salad with grilled chicken on it
  • lemon bars
