Finally.
  • bowl of Apple Cinnamon Cheerios in whole milk, Powerbar
  • two Chick-fil-A chicken sandwiches (hey, they were free today!) and sweet tea
  • two hours of mountain biking
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • one pack of Gu Chomps
  • trail mix
  • cheeseburger and fries and Pibb from Five Guys
