No, really, she will.
  • Muscle Provider shake, three eggs, sausage patties
  • one hour upper body and core workout with the trainer
  • Gatorade recovery shake
  • baked chicken with bbq sauce, au gratin potatoes
  • 1/2 pound and 1/4 pound burgers with mayo, cheese, and ketchup from Char-Grill...oh yeah, and Mountain Dew
