Cowboy.

Cowboy.
  • three scrambled eggs, sausage
  • Muscle Provider shake
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • leftover steak and tortilla chips and salsa
  • chicken stir fry, sliced potatoes baked in the oven
  • banana bread
197.0 pounds, 18.3% body fat. Workout was an hour with the trainer (and big T!).
