It was a good day.

The weigh in wasn't so good this morning at my workout, so I'm going to do something about it. More exercise and eating way better. So here's today:
  • Balance Bare bar
  • Muscle Provider shake (2 servings)
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • Carrburrito chicken burrito with black beans and chips and salsa
  • Chicken breast, skinless, pan fried, toasted sesame teriyaki marinade
  • Rice-a-roni
  • Broccoli, steamed
  • banana
  • apple
I'm going to only list drinks that I have in a day that are not water. I'm not really concerned with quantities on anything relatively good for me, though I'll try to list quantities on things I have that are bad for me. We can assume I'll be having plenty of water and I don't care to track that anyway.

Also note that I tried a couple of online food diary sites and hated them. Took way too long to search through and find your food items, and I don't really care to calorie count anyway. I just want to blog what I ate to keep track of it and help know that I'm going to be posting in public when I eat crap, too. No crap today. Wheee.
