Calorie up!

My workout was pretty tough today...don't know if that was it, but I've been pretty hungry today. Had to have a pb&j late, even. *sigh*
  • Muscle Provider shake
  • Balance Bare bar
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • apple
  • Turkey sandwich on multi-grain bread, lettuce, tomato, avocado, and mayo from Saxapahaw General Store...very large and very good (huge pile of meat!)
  • apple slices
  • handful of walnuts
  • pot roast
  • pepper and zucchini stir fry (just EVOO)
  • mashed potatoes and gravy
  • handful of grapes
  • pb&j sandwich with Smuckers all natural crunchy peanut butter and spreadable fruit (strawberry)
Still no really bad stuff. Yippee.
