Almost forgot!

Yikes.
  • Balance Bare bar
  • Muscle Provider shake (2 servings)
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • Turkey sandwich on multi-grain bread, lettuce, tomato, and mayo from Saxapahaw General Store
  • handful of Sun Chips
  • huge salad with rotisserie chicken (from Harris Teeter) on it...mixed greens, shredded carrots, raw broccoli, two hard boiled eggs, cheese, honey-dijon vinaigrette
Next up, traveling day. Ugh.
